A Story of Light, Science, and God's Promise
After a summer storm, four brothers step outside and spot something extraordinary in the sky. With the help of their grandfather and a simple garden hose, they begin to discover God's secret recipe for rainbows — a beautiful blend of light, water, and the laws of science written into creation itself.
As questions deepen and curiosity grows, what begins as a backyard experiment becomes something much more. A journey into how the world works, and why it was designed that way.

About Maria
Creator, educator, writer, and the heart behind Growth with Gribby.
If there is one thing you should know about me, it is this: I believe healing, learning, and building a meaningful life should feel human. Not overwhelming, not clinical, and definitely not boring.
I also believe that growth is not something we do alone. God is present in it. In the questions, in the rebuilding, and even in the messy middle.
My journey did not start in a perfectly organized planner with color-coded goals. It started in real life. Raising children, navigating challenges, healing from hard things, and asking bigger questions about the body, the mind, and the purpose behind it all.
I was also the child who asked a million questions. Why does this work? How does that happen? What does this mean? That curiosity never really left. It simply grew up with me.
Over time, those questions became deeper. Not just how things work, but why we are here, how we heal, and where God meets us in it all.
With degrees in science and psychology, I have spent years studying how people learn, grow, and heal. Not just in textbooks, but in real life. My work as a personal trainer, along with my training in nutrition and mindfulness, has shaped a practical approach that actually fits into everyday living.
And what I found is this. Real growth happens in the messy middle. And God does some of His best work there.
Everything I build is designed to help people grow stronger in a way that feels doable, grounded, and even a little enjoyable. You will find a mix of:
My children's books are especially close to my heart. They are written for the kids who wonder, explore, and ask why about everything. The ones who are learning not just about the world, but about their place in it.
Because curiosity is not separate from faith. It is often where faith begins.
Somewhere between science, storytelling, lived experience, and a quiet trust in God is where my work lives.
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in:
I believe God designed our bodies with intention, our minds with the ability to grow, and our lives with purpose, even when we cannot fully see it yet.
Whether you are here to heal, learn, grow, or build something new, I am really glad you are here.
